Josephine Teague is a mature practitioner of Hypno-Therapy, Psychotherapy and Hypno-Analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with Health, Welfare and Social Policy and A Master Of Science Degree in Health & Environment. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology; a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy an Advanced Certificate in Hypnotherapy; Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (ncfe accredited) and is an Accredited Hypnotherapy Supervisor and Certified Hypnotherapy Educator. Josephine is classified as a Senior Clinician by the National Council for Hypnotherapy and is the Principal of The Cambridge College of Hypnotherapy. She has followed various courses of training in Psychotherapy, Analysis and Hypnosis, which enables her to specialise particularly in "Hypno-Analytical" Therapy. Stress management is conducted as well as utilising Neuro Linguistic Techniques for eliciting effective changes in behaviour. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine: A Fellow of the Hypnotherapy Society: A Fellow of the Clinical Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists: A Fellow of NCSAG: A Fellow of the Association of Professional Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists: A Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy: the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) and the Hypnotherapy Association.
She was also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. All of these organisations are professional bodies, whose members are dedicated to the professional and ethical use of therapeutic interventions, in which she allies hypnosis to the practice of Psycho-Analysis and other techniques for the treatment of nervous disorders and emotional problems.
In May 2002 Josephine was appointed to the Technical Working Group setting up Hypnotherapy National Occupational Standards, which completed its work in October 2002. She was then involved in the work towards self regualtion with SKills for Health and CNHC in 2009 and 2010. She currently serves on the committees of the Hypnotherapy Association (Chairman)and of UKCP.
Josephine undertakes to respect a Client’s confidentiality at all times, and would not disclose, even to a spouse or parent, that they were undergoing therapy.
Initial consultation (approx. 15 minutes) free of charge. Sufficient time is booked for those people who wish to proceed with their therapy sessions immediately. Consultations are by pre-arranged appointment only.
Fees
Fees are charged according to therapy required, and are available on request.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours notice (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) are liable to be charged for.
Talks, lectures and workshops, both private and corporate can be arranged. Group sessions for business, sports, pre-natal and child-birth, general motivation, relaxation, confidence, life-improvement and well-being plus many others can be arranged.
